I am not so worried about Newey, his ideas will find the way to the team. More worried about "organizer" Cardile, who only joins before the summer break in 2025 according to media. A bit late.

Aston Martin at Barcelon for two day tyre test. will it help them in this year car?

It's not supposed to, but every team who does this before has shown improvement over the next few races.

That is in theory, Ferrari indeed tested few parts in her last test. The issue with Aston is that since Hungary they have nothing ( apparently ) ready to test so we don’t know what they can test other than different set-ups on the current car.

Few weeks we got some news about new side pods then nothing new.

In my opinion nothing significant will come until they start working with the new wind tunnel.
