What are we expecting in terms of the pecking order here? I have lost any grasp of the strong points of the different cars. Ferrari suddenly seems great in all corner types and so does McLaren and to a lesser extent Red Bull.
I think they are quite similar, you can not just separate strong and weak points.
The only thing obvious is, that the 90° corners will make RedBull suffer on understeer again. So my bet would be again on a close fight between McLaren and Ferrari.

Are we expecting this to be a race that is determined by PU supplier?
No, I think everyone learned how to deal with the height. The last years there was no obvious deficit, only what you mention with Ferrari, but that was solved.
