And this is Ocon's helmet for his last race with Alpine in Abu Dhabi...... oh wait.
Rediculous, he is even forbidden to say goodby to the people in the factory in Viry next Tuesday as planed weeks ago!!
Slide 7 and 8:
So what you're saying is they should fold and switch to development for the next season after next.
Who is most likely to benefit from softer compounds and lower tyre pressures?Farnborough wrote: ↑04 Dec 2024, 09:39Tire starting pressure back down to "normal" here, with increased allowance of maximum camber both front and rear.
Should have some different consequences for the chassis and each set of attributes.
The surface is very flat here (left to right) hence some more camber possibilities, that fast section after #1 corner would likely benefit that's the left-right-left sequence. Also corner #9 as having the car sit continually hard on sidewalls like that can be enhanced more than some other sectors.
They don't appear to be concerned about tire durability from looking at those base settings, may bring some teams forward against MB pace in relative terms.
One would think the teams with stiffer suspensions ?bananapeel23 wrote: ↑04 Dec 2024, 18:14Who is most likely to benefit from softer compounds and lower tyre pressures?Farnborough wrote: ↑04 Dec 2024, 09:39Tire starting pressure back down to "normal" here, with increased allowance of maximum camber both front and rear.

It should facilitate faster warming and more even performance over a stint. Cars with that need may advance over something else.bananapeel23 wrote: ↑04 Dec 2024, 18:14Who is most likely to benefit from softer compounds and lower tyre pressures?Farnborough wrote: ↑04 Dec 2024, 09:39Tire starting pressure back down to "normal" here, with increased allowance of maximum camber both front and rear.

A 3 way fight for a win to end the season would be special. With WCC tensions, errors could be costly. My Perception is that it should reduce compromise with ferrari and increase risk at Mercedes. Possibly advantage RB & McL too.
