those absolute best times ,does anyone know if they all actually did them on option tyres?
If that was the case ,Ferraris pace was the representing a true picture for them whereas for the others it seems they would have to qualify on primes (at a possibly slower speed) to run at the speed demonstarted in their longruns,so these would face the trouble of having to work around lower grid positions.
I think williams,FI , Renault and also the newbies may follow a similar approach (going for softs in Qualy) just to open a window of opportunity in terms of track position although maybe one or another car may have bigger issues with tyre wear at full tank (maybe Lotus with their fuel tanl expanding quite dramatically up to shoulder height?).
