Not cowardly at all. You live to fight another day.myurr wrote:And then how are you going to get into that piece of track having scrubbed all your speed? What you're basically saying is that as soon as Lewis had chosen to go left and Button chose to move to defend that Hamilton should have given up on any chance to overtake. Pretty cowardly way to go racing.flynfrog wrote:not if you lift

I believe they will and have.vall wrote:will they all again put new tires for the restart?
Yet he would have still been in the race. You have never been on a track have you? Moves like that never pay off.myurr wrote:And then how are you going to get into that piece of track having scrubbed all your speed? So put yourself in the following drivers position. You would rather make a hasty move, get your car smashed and end up out of the race? You wouldn't prefer to back out and try again in a couple laps when you may have a better run on your opponent? That makes no sense to me at all.myurr wrote:You live to run away another day.
I have actually, but that has little to do with it. Barrichello's move on Schumacher like that worked. If you always back out of an overtaking opportunity, as you seem to advocate, then you'll never win unless you qualify on pole.flynfrog wrote:Yet he would have still been in the race.
