You're right, the McLaren beat the RBR in S1... Which nearly accounted for the RBR demolishing the McLaren in S3.

Seriously, I can't see how you can argue with the two RBR drivers averaging similar lap times, and the two McLaren drivers having very different lap times, the average of which was slower than the RBR.

The only conclusion I can draw from that is that the McLaren was the slower car, but HAM made the difference to win the race.
Some people can't analyse facts, in those occasion you just have to ignore them.

Is there an ignore feature here, there are a few fan boys who I just get sick of hearing.

Sour grapes, much?

We all just saw how he ripped Vettel a new one. And Vettel weaved twice prior to Hamilton's overtake. Not a mistake, but he was fortunate to get away with that.

Different strategy on buttons car. Webber was much slower than hamilton when they were all running in clean air.

I hope the FIA take matters with his language he can't continue insulting people
Makes no difference it was genuine or not, What matters is that it was there. Its hard for the driver to compliment others right after the race when emotions are still on a high, espcialy after a race like this one.

You're trying to use qualy as evidence that the McLaren is a superior car to the RedBull? Did I miss understand you? If I didn't, you're truly mad!
? no but Button finished 5th from 12th grid slot. McLaren was a good car this WE, on par with RB. HAM, VET, ALO the best of the best in any order ! Let's party. Juzh stated the slightly trolly stuff not I
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Which just goes to show how well Hamilton was driving. I'll say this again – the average of the two RBRs was faster than the average of the two McLs.

McLaren was a just a bit faster on race pace compared to RBR.

Redbull drivers weren't posting similar times. If it were Webber would not have been passed by Lewis and wouldn't be 6s behind...

Secondly, if we use that stupid Button logic, we could have never called RBR as the best car. Webber even never managed to finish 2nd in WDC. A fourth, a third and now 5th in championship....

Well duh, Button's car broke down in Qually, so obviously he was out of position. Doesn't change the fact that the average pace of the McLs was slower than the average pace of the RBRs.
