Lotus E21 Renault

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

No. From what I think, lunch car conditioner it is only for lunch purposes, because it was easear to fit to old e20.
And from what we can see they have done good job, because most of the people do not recognize difference between Real and fake car, and they didn't need to make crap lunch like redbull to hide ideas.

one showing the jerez spec flow conditioner, the other from the launch car.

they might be testing which provide better air flow to the rear.

I don't have animosity, I gave you various exits.

Definitely, E21 monocoque is very very close to the E20 monocoque they showed at the launch... but it's a new one. Tiny visible tweaks.

I actually like the extra red on the car, it makes it look more aggressive :)

It's not flexing. It's just a effect when car turns and the suspension is lowerer on outer side.

Not that i doubt JA.

JA promised what happened in Spa 2012 was one off, and promise the pace will come back on the race onwards. It turns out awful until they implemet the coanda. LOL

obviously this is an evolution, but devils lies in the details

you can spot diffrences almost everywhere, starting with revised pelican nose, front suspension, splitter, barge boards, turning vanes, sidepods, airbox, engine cover, exhausts, floor, rear suspension, rear wing

It's been a long time since we drove last time, but it has also been a short time at the same time
