Well they've said after Dec 1st, not on Dec 1st so I don't really think we will get any news today or soonHail22 wrote:Very early in the morning in the U.K, you'd expect within the next 12 hoursradosav wrote:Any news when will Mclaren announce their driver line up!?
But although many were eagerly expecting an announcement to be made on December 1, Italy's Italiaracing reports that the world will not hear any news until at least Thursday or Friday.
Spain's El Mundo Deportivo claims there is plenty of activity behind closed doors at Woking, with Ron Dennis discussing the ownership of McLaren with fellow shareholder Mansour Ojjeh.
The report also said Dennis is believed to have been in Denmark last week for talks with the Magnussen-linked sponsor Bestseller, as well as Lego and Saxo Bank.

Button and Alonso at McLaren-Honda, thats what I wanna hear. Cmon Woking, stop joking with us.

Anyway, I'd have a hard time believing Saxo Bank can be taken seriously as a sponser since Santander surely will be coming in with Alonso [ they have been in all along though ]. So; 2 banks on 1 livery? Don't see that happening.
It'll be either Santander or Saxo Bank, and frankly, I don't think Saxo Bank remotely stands a chance versus Santander.
I neither am convinced Lego can have any serious ground in F1 as a sponser. Yes, to sell toys for small boys - but that's about it.
Ownership discussion definately will be going on behind the doors, yes.
A shock announcement from woking?
I can see a shock announcement; Ron Dennis parts with Mclaren after X years.
