It's a glimpse of how it could be, if the tyres suited Ferrari and Red Bull better by being easier to warm up. [And conversely, Mercedes would overheat them with their chassis that is harder on tyres.]

Anything else ferrari and red bull have done a bad job at? Then we can change the rules more to advantage them.....

We cant just change rules to disadvantage teams that have done a good job for those that havent.

you forgot, 'and the rest of the teams'. Even Ferrari and Vettel came out after more careful analysis and agreed last year that this was the right move.
