The pirelli wet tires are horrible, they have published numbers that state they move about half as much water as the 2010 bridgestones. There was a point where the Bridgestone intersection moves more water than the pirelli full west. Pirelli are the reason why nobody in F1 2 or 3 can race on any more than a damp track.Restomaniac wrote: ↑11 Jul 2020, 11:19Am I the only one to look at that weather and think ‘I’ve seen perfectly good racing in worse weather than that’?
Also, supposedly, the cloud cover was too much for the medical helicopter. The hospital is too far by ground, so the medical helicopter is mandatory to run, but the weather conditions have grounded it.
