Nah it was like the comments he made two weeks before about Hamilton and Stroll that left the FIA speechless.

Do you actually believe the sh*t you write? It was a bad day at the office for McLaren, every team has them from time to time yet you always bring up old stories which have no relation to that days performance or say it’s because of other teams luck rather than praise other teams for doing a good job.Darth-Piekus wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 18:45That is the problem with the FIA these last 20 years. Rules and Penalties are enforced in Mclaren only in mass. Meanwhile they are doing secret meetings to decide rules with favored teams (Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull), rename illegalities into loopholes, let B Teams exist, let copy cars exist and are afraid to penalise favorites because they will threaten to leave. On the other hand Mclaren suffered an economic breakdown because of the Spygate while others have escaped in similar situations, forced to lose most of their good personnel to Mercedes and their star driver, recieves no respect as the second biggest team in the sport with the second biggest fanbase around the world and I wonder how many more years are they gonna pass by before they return to a World Championship Challenge.
You make this thread unbearable and unreadable over race weekends!!
I assume the goal is to prepare for next season as well as possible, since all of the chassis dev tokens will get spent for the engine change. The Merc P.U could be an advantage, especially for race pace and reliability but the integration gotta happen smoothly (which seems it will, according to some early comments from the team) and also try not to stay still, compared to the rivals which can use the tokens for performance. Let's wait and see.Darth-Piekus wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 16:47That's good and all but are we gonna have an advantage for next year compared to our rivals?
Whoever disagrees with my opinion is free to ignore me. I won't mind. It's better than doing personal attacks just because they are easier than actually refuting points. I want to express my opinion for once without fearing that someone may be butthurt from it.kfrantzios wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 20:40Just ignore said user. click on his nick name and then hit ignore.ScottR267 wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 18:59Your excuses after every poor qualifying or race are so draining and boring it’s unbelievable. Good ideaSmallSoldier wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 19:26At this point, if I were Mclaren I would be introducing new complete PU’s for tomorrow’s race and start from the back of the grid... Having new PU’s for the last 3 races.M840TR wrote:Norris 5-place grid penalty. 15th and 16th now.

Renault would have to.
Darth-Piekus wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 16:13Is it possible that they decided to sacrifice 3rd and 4th position for a chance to use this year as a test year to develop the 2021 car and maybe take the fight to 2nd?Ground Effect wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 16:11Good thing it’s an early start tomorrow, the nightmare will end quicker. We seem lost, seriously lost! I really hope there’s a good reason for this. There’s less money this year to dole out, so maybe 3rd this year is worth sacrificing for 3rd next year, when hopefully, there’ll be more prize money. I really hope they’re banking on 2021.
