Honda plays down end-of-month deadline
The Honda Racing Formula One team has played down speculations that they only have time until the end of January to find a buyer for the outfit. If the team is able to find a buyer, Mercedes is willing to provide engines for the team and Ross Brawn is convinced that they can deliver a competitive car.
A spokesperson of the team declared to 'Associated Press': "Don't focus too much on any speculation regarding time frames and deadlines. Work on our race car is progressing well. We're optimistic but it may not be possible to comment further for some time."
