Brawn has acted on diffuser issue with arrogance, says Ferrari lawyer
After Tuesdays hearing in the FIA's International Court of Appeal located in Paris, Ferrari's legal attorney Nigel Tozzi QC has critized Ross Brawns's actions during the diffuser debate. Ferrari along with BMW, McLaren, Red Bull, and Renault oversaw the trial where the Brawn, Toyota, and Williams teams were under fire for presumably violating the technical regulations regarding diffuser designs.
'The Telegraph' quoted Tozzi as saying about Ferrari's former employee, "Only a person of supreme arrogance would think he is right, when so many of his esteemed colleagues would disagree. Anyone with a command of English will tell you it is a hole."
"Do not let someone attempting to be clever with words defeat the express purpose of the rules."
While defending his teams action against controversial diffuser teams, "The appeal is not because we have not made the most of an opportunity, but because Brawn, Toyota and Williams have not acted within the regulations
