Last day for Ferrari at Vallelunga
Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working again today at Vallelunga, on the outskirts of Rome. Once again on track at the Roman circuit were Luca Badoer and Michael Schumacher. The Scuderia's official test driver used an F2004 fitted with a regulated power V10, working on Bridgestone tyre development. The German drove the 248 F1, concentrating on development of new components.
Badoer covered a total of 80 laps, setting a best time of 1'15"115; Schumacher did 101, the quickest in a time of 1'14"584.
The Scuderia resumes testing on Tuesday 11 April at the Circuit de Catalunya, near Barcelona, with Luca Badoer and Marc Gene on track
