2nd day for BMW at Paul Ricard

By on

In the morning both Nick Heidfeld and Jacques Villeneuve worked on the set-up for the upcoming Monaco Grand Prix and then did some aerodynamic evaluation. Nick worked on a tyre programme for Michelin in view of the Monaco race, while Jacques completed two specific tyre programmes, one for casings and one for compounds. The engineers were able to gather some very interesting information.

What comes next:
Tomorrow Robert Kubica will take over from Nick for the final day, while Jacques will continue to drive. The teams will use the longer version of the track (5.406 km) in
preparation for the Canadian Grand Prix.
