Spyker surprises world of F1 with announcement of van der Garde
A lot of raised eyebrows after the news that Giedo van der Garde, who didn't even obtain his super license, will also be Spyker F1's Friday driver after being announced as test- and reserve driver of the Super Aguri F1 Team in December 2006.
How van der Garde will reconcile these two jobs with each other is at the moment very unclear. One thing is for sure, Spyker F1 really took us all by surprise by announcing the Dutchman only one day after his F1 debut with Super Aguri at Valencia.
