Van der Garde-saga continues

The Giedo van der Garde saga continues. Both the Super Aguri F1 Team and Spyker F1 claim the rights to van der Garde. The Dutchman himself earlier declared that the contract between him and Super Aguri has been broken, but the Japanese team issued a statement that they believe they have a contract with van der Garde for 2007 and that they are totally surprised by the announcement of Spyker F1.
