Mechanical problems delay Toro Rosso's programme
Today was the first day of a four day test at the Paul Ricard test facility in the South of France. Cars were running on a track layout aimed at simulating Monaco conditions. Strong winds made it difficult to evaluate the Monte Carlo aero settings while some mechanical problems delayed the programme. Nevertheless, Scott managed to complete 53 laps. Sebastien Bourdais takes over driving duties tomorrow.
