SGI to provide servers for Honda CFD simulations
Honda Racing F1 have selected SGI servers to perform computational fluid dynamic calculations. The process is used in Formula One to simulate airflow similar to a wind tunnel. The new servers provide an extra strength for the team as they try to get back to the front of the grid after a dismal 2007.
