Turkish GP organisers to face sanction

The FIA declared that the organisers of the Turkish GP could face sanctions after the dog-incident during the GP2 race on Sunday. Charlie Whiting, F1's race director, submitted a report to the governing body about the track security at the Istanbul Speed Park.
A spokesperson of the FIA said: "This was a serious lapse in circuit security and safety. How could such a thing happen at an almost brand new Formula One track?
"The FIA Safety Commission will hold a full investigation into the matter which may then be referred to the world council."
