Presumably FIA have someone who knows what the ECU is supposed to be running and if they see a section of code the others don't have or they can't explain or is called "fuelsync"

they'll focus on it and be able to unpick it eventually
and now with this TD it'd be a deliberate cheat and a huge risk for Ferrari to carry on with it.
