BRM revived with brand new eletric racecar

British Racing Motors has been revived with a new, electrically powered race car. Back in its Formula One period, the team was known for its high ambitions and its 16 cylinder, 1.5l turbo engine. Now, more than 30 years after its loss, the name is revived by Bee Automobiles.

The Wokingham based constructor has now presented the Bee Four ERV. This formula car was developed by Lotus veteran Martin Ogilvie - designer of many many Formula One cars - and will compete in the British hillclimb competition.

Driver of the new car will be Graham Wright junior who previously won the championship twice. While Bee Automobiles has not yet released how the car is powered precisely but confirms that the 700 hp will be put down to all four wheels.
