The BMW Sauber F1 Team is travelling to Barcelona this week for further tests. Starting on Tuesday, a total of ten teams will assemble to work on further improvements. Nick Heidfeld, Jacques Villeneuve and Robert Kubica are scheduled to complete their first laps at the 'Circuit de Catalunya' on Wednesday.

Following a three-day testing programme at the 'Circuit Paul Ricard' close to Le Castellet, the BMW Sauber F1 Team is still not resting to take a break. On the contrary, the team will continue to work on further improvements to the BMW Sauber F1.06.

The final tests prior to the San Marino Grand Prix on 23rd April are held at the 4.627 kilometre 'Circuit de Catalunya' close to the Spanish metropolis of Barcelona. The layout of the circuit is very demanding on the aerodynamic set-up of the cars and therefore, is a very popular test track among Formula One teams.
