McLaren reacts to commission exclusion
Because of restructuring of the Formula One Commsission both McLaren and Toyota have lost their vote. Today the FIA announced the six teams that will have a representative in the commission: Ferrari, Renault, Williams F1, BMW Sauber, Red Bull and Honda. Here follows the McLaren statement that follows the teams exclusion.
"Team McLaren Mercedes note the decision of the FIA to exclude the team from the 2008 Formula 1 commission. It seems surprising that the second oldest and most successful Formula 1 team for the past 40 years, with 148 Grand Prix victories, has not been included as a team representative."
