Coughlan provides Ferrari with affidavit

The court hearing in the espionage matter involving Ferrari and Mike Coughlan that was scheduled for this morning was cancelled. It appears that Mike Coughlan provided Ferrari with affidavit today, as part of an agreement between the Maranello based team and himself.
