All new Ferrari at Imola for Schumacher
After some disappointing performances so far this year, Ferrari is working hard to update their 248 F1. In fact, for their first home race of the season at Imola, the team will introduce major updates to the car in order to make it work better. Schumacher is already looking forward to test the new developments.
Seven time world champion Schumacher last week smashed his car in the wall at Melbourne, but is looking only forward, as the future is promising.
The Ferrari team will work hard in the next weeks before Imola to test the new developments. If all goes well, the Ferrari 248 F1 will be equipped with an updated engine, a new aero package and revised front and rear suspensions.
While the engine is a planned update, other teams (with possibly Renault) will introduce an update of their V8 engines as well. The suspensions however needed revision as the team is still struggling with the Bridgestone tyres. At Toyota they make no secret about it either, as the Cologne based team will also be testing several new setups and changes in order to make better use of the tyres.
